TBGI Corporate
Development
TBGI was
incorporated in July 1995, and a 25-year lease agreement was executed
with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) for the use of land in CDC
zone premises. The company commenced commercial operation of its satellite
broadcast in the first half of 1996.
The following
chronology of events provides a perspective of how TBGI evolved from
a video broadcasting company to a multi-platform data, communications,
and video enterprise.
1995
